This guy would be perfect for the Atom! His costume is almost identical. All is needed is new colors and recoloring of his ears, chest, arms and gloves. Also he has several shrinking sprites that can be used in his special and super moves. Do you think this is possible? And would you make him for JLTF2 as well?
