Por mim tanto faz, mas acho Full screen mais fácil pra quem não tá habituado.De qq forma, dá pra mudar no options ou com Alt+Enter :)

I prefer FullScreen but if the option is available I usually run it at SDL 3.75x windowed.

fullscreen personally but either way its not a hard fix so not a big issue
Full screen for sure, 100%. Never play Windowed, it uses more memory/resources, it's harder to see, and full screen plays smoother. I'm talking in general, not specifically about MIW, which I also definitely prefer in full screen. And is incredible!
