      I dont think so Z himself said that he doesnt makes jokes on his Bday however he is well known for his jokes...but I trust him xD

      Also he released a custom stage just for him, make a video showing his moves, and is making a countdown to release him on his birthday! I dont think it is a joke and even if it was I think it would be fun :D
